Verify whether identities are supposed to have access to the application being onboarded. This will give the Application Owner insights into the actual state. The Application Owner can then shape the desired state by reviewing the collected access data and taking actions based on the review.
3. Provisioning
Enforce proper access to the application by managing related access data such as accounts and permissions. This includes adding, updating, and removing entries. The Application Owner also gains clear insight into all changes made to access data.
